Every site we're marketing lives here until the client buys and we point a domain at it — so we're not spinning up a Netlify project for every lead. Each demo is hosted at /sites/<slug>/; that's the URL behind its QR code.

QR: click QR on any row to generate that demo's code — download PNG/SVG or print it for the letter. It encodes <this site's URL>/sites/<slug>/, so once deployed it just works.
Add a site: drop its folder into /sites/<slug>/, then add one line to the SITES list near the top of this file.
Status flow: Built → Mailed → Opened → Sold. Opens fills in automatically once tracking is set up (see TRACKING.md).
